What we built

Tool 1 · RAG knowledge base: An internal knowledge base with FAQs, policies and guides. The AI pulls the right answer from it in seconds.
Tool 2 · Dynamic access control: Before the AI answers, the system checks who is asking. Only authorised people get to see sensitive portfolio data.
Human in the loop (HITL): For critical questions an employee takes over via Slack. The answer appears directly in the chat, the user notices no break.

Technical details

On-premise AI backend with a two-part tool calling architecture, role-based security routing, a PostgreSQL vector database and human in the loop via Slack with a real-time return channel via Pusher WebSocket.

Werkzeug 1 · RAG Knowledge Base: Eine interne Wissensdatenbank mit FAQs, Richtlinien und Leitfäden. Die KI holt sich daraus in Sekunden die passende Antwort.
Werkzeug 2 · Dynamische Zugriffskontrolle: Bevor die KI antwortet, prüft das System, wer fragt. Sensible Portfoliodaten bekommen nur berechtigte Personen zu sehen.
Human in the Loop (HITL): Bei kritischen Fragen übernimmt ein Mitarbeiter über Slack. Die Antwort erscheint direkt im Chat, der Nutzer merkt keinen Bruch.
