RegPilot: Compliance platform for EU regulation

RegPilot helps companies check whether they meet new EU requirements such as the AI Act or NIS2. We turned a pure prototype with no technology behind it into a complete platform: with customer accounts, payment, a fixed PDF report and a security audit.

What we built
- Assessment per AI system: Every AI system in the company is checked individually, not the whole company across the board. This also produces an overall picture. Critical cases are clearly flagged instead of getting lost in a percentage.
- Immutable PDF report: At the end there is a fixed PDF report that only authorised people can access. Later changes do not alter a finished report, it remains traceable at all times.
- Secure evidence and customer data: Companies can upload evidence. It is stored privately and encrypted and checked for malware beforehand. No customer can ever see another customer’s data.
Technical details
Rebuild of a static web prototype into a production-ready, multi-tenant SaaS platform: complete backend, organisations and roles with strict data separation, server-side assessment logic per AI system, versioned immutable PDF reports, Stripe Checkout with server-side confirmed unlocking, operation on EU infrastructure with separate environments and a penetration test before go-live.

Was wir gebaut haben
- Bewertung pro KI-System: Jedes KI-System im Unternehmen wird einzeln geprüft, nicht pauschal die ganze Firma. Daraus entsteht zusätzlich ein Gesamtbild. Kritische Fälle werden klar markiert, statt in einer Prozentzahl unterzugehen.
- Unveränderlicher PDF-Bericht: Am Ende steht ein fester PDF-Bericht, den nur Berechtigte abrufen können. Spätere Änderungen verändern einen fertigen Bericht nicht, er bleibt jederzeit nachvollziehbar.
- Sichere Nachweise und Kundendaten: Unternehmen können Nachweise hochladen. Diese werden privat und verschlüsselt gespeichert und vorher auf Schadsoftware geprüft. Kein Kunde kann je die Daten eines anderen sehen.

Neuaufbau eines statischen Web-Prototyps zur produktionsreifen, mandantenfähigen SaaS Plattform: vollständiges Backend, Organisationen und Rollen mit strikter Datentrennung, serverseitige Bewertungslogik pro KI-System, versionierte unveränderliche PDF-Berichte, Stripe Checkout mit serverseitig bestätigter Freischaltung, Betrieb auf EU-Infrastruktur mit getrennten Umgebungen und Penetrationstest vor Go Live.
